At Untamed Soul, every item is made with care. As our products are made-to-order, please allow time for production before your order is shipped.

Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and are processed within 5–10 business days after payment has been received. Production times may vary during busy periods.

Shipping

We currently ship throughout South Africa.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

* Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days
* Delivery to remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to track your parcel.

Delays

While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Untamed Soul is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date) at untamedsoul7777@gmail.com. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
